Ticket Policies for Taxibia

At Taxibia, we want to ensure that your travel experience is seamless from start to finish. Below is a summary of our ticket policies to help you make informed decisions when booking our services.

1. Ticket Booking

  • Tickets can be booked online via our website or mobile app.
  • All tickets must be purchased in advance before the scheduled departure time.
  • Each ticket is valid only for the specific route, date, and time stated at the time of booking.

2. Ticket Confirmation

  • Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and an electronic ticket.
  • Please ensure that you have received the confirmation before your travel date. If you do not receive a ticket, contact us immediately.

3. Ticket Modifications

  • Ticket modifications (such as date or time changes) may be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • A fee may apply for changes to your ticket, depending on the nature of the modification.
  • Modifications are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours before departure will incur a cancellation fee, and you will be refunded the remaining amount.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

  • If you lose your ticket or it is stolen, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
  • A replacement ticket may be issued at no additional cost, subject to verification.

6. Ticket Transfer

  • Tickets are non-transferable to another person.
  • If you need to change the traveler, a new booking must be made.

7. Accessibility

  • We are committed to providing accessible services. If you have special needs or require assistance, please contact us ahead of time so that we can accommodate your needs.

8. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your booked service and fail to cancel in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.

9. Ticket Expiration

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking. Expired tickets are non-refundable.
